Gelato
Sweet cream and citrus rind with a dark, peppery finish.
A Bay Area cross that became a parent strain in its own right, and the ancestor of a large share of the dessert cultivars on shelves now. Numbered phenotypes (33, 41, 45) circulate as distinct cuts and genuinely smoke differently. Frequently mislabelled, so the smell tells you more than the jar does.
Terpenes
Listed most dominant first. Terpenes drive the smell and a good deal of the character of the effect, which is why a 19% jar with a strong profile routinely beats a flat 28% one.
Reported effects
These are the effects most commonly reported for this cultivar. Individual batches vary a great deal, and so do people.

Everything above is reference information about Gelato as a cultivar. It carries no score because we have not bought any and scoring something we have not smoked would be worthless.
