Jack Herer
Pine, spice and lemon. Clean and resinous rather than sweet.
Named for the activist, developed in the Netherlands, and one of the few terpinolene-dominant cultivars still widely grown. That profile is distinctive enough that a real Jack is identifiable blind. Consistently clear-headed, which is rarer on legal menus than the marketing suggests.
